Zellis launch with Cushon to prioritise employee financial resilience
UK and Ireland’s leading provider of payroll and HR solutions, Zellis, has partnered with Cushon as their workplace savings provider to build their employees financial resilience.
This partnership will allow Zellis colleagues to save and invest in an Individual Savings Account (ISA), with money automatically deducted from their salary monthly. An easy and accessible way to save for life’s milestones. Employees will have full flexibility to change their level of contribution at any time through Cushon’s app, where they can set targets and keep track of their money as it grows.
Cushon’s in-app ESG voting functionality empowers employees to make their voice heard at the companies in which their money is invested. Employees can also select CushonMix, a ready-made portfolio that uses Cushon’s unique algorithm to spread investments across a range of funds with the best projected outcome.
Zellis entire range of solutions emphasise exceptional colleague experiences, which include promoting wellbeing and empowering users with seamless access and clear information. Material, guides and tools are assembled in a Mental Health and Wellbeing hub which provides resources, information and support all in one place. Introducing Cushon as a Financial Wellbeing benefit is a natural fit given the link between finances and mental wellbeing and strengthens the overall benefits offering.
Providing a workplace savings initiative will allow Zellis to cater to the varying needs of their workforce from saving for retirement to getting on the property ladder, this is something all employees can get on board with. Our use of technology makes ISAs simpler and more convenient for employees to feel comfortable with saving and investing. It’s great to welcome them onboard!
