Shaw Trust launches with Cushon to prioritise employee financial wellbeing
Shaw Trust, the UK’s largest not-for-profit social enterprise in the employment sector, has partnered with Cushon as their workplace savings provider to allow employees to take more control of their financial wellbeing.
Shaw Trust’s employees can now benefit from an inclusive range of saving options and will be able to save for life’s milestones from as little as £10 per month in a range of Individual Savings Accounts (ISAs).
By allowing employees to make contributions directly through payroll, Shaw Trust is making the process of saving and investing easy and accessible for everyone. Whether employees are saving for retirement, looking to get a foot on the property ladder or building up a rainy-day fund to make sure they’re resilient to life’s unexpected events.
Cushon also offers a range of financial education tools to connect with employees at every level and to further support them with all aspects of their financial resilience.
Employees have full flexibility to change their level of contribution at any time through Cushon’s innovative app, where they can set targets and keep track of their money as it grows. Employees can also select CushonMix, a ready-made portfolio that uses Cushon’s unique algorithm to spread investments across a range of funds with the best projected outcome. Cushon’s in-app ESG voting functionality empowers employees to make their voices heard at the companies in which their money is invested.
As the workplace savings provider of Shaw Trust, we’re helping the varying needs of their workforce feel more comfortable with saving and investing. Our use of technology makes ISAs simpler and more accessible for all their employees to get on board with. It’s great to welcome them onboard!
