For the Self Managed plan, there's no charge for employers.
For the Fully Managed plan, we charge a low, flat fee of just £27 per month plus VAT for employers.
Employees who save into the pension pay a transparent fee, which includes two charges: a platform charge and a fund management charge.
The platform charge is 0.54%.
The fund management charge for employees using the Cushon Sustainable Investment strategy is 0.15% each year. Charges vary for members choosing their own investments from our self-select range.
This means that the total standard charge for employees is 0.69%.
