It usually takes about 10 weeks to set up your pension and get ready to launch it to your team.
From signup, we provide clear instructions, timelines, guides, and contact details to keep you informed. Our implementation team is always available to help with any questions.
By default, existing pension savings stay with the original provider, and new contributions go into a NatWest Cushon account. But employees can easily transfer previous pension pots (including those from previous jobs) into their new NatWest Cushon account using Iris, our digital assistant.
No. You get to decide which pension scheme you enrol your employees onto, although you may need to have a consultation period before changing provider.
Employees have the option to opt out of the scheme if they don't want you to provide a pension for them.
