We have some exciting news to share… Smarterly is now Cushon!
Why rename?
We launched Smarterly back in 2017. Three years on, we’re now one of the leading workplace savings platforms in the UK about to launch our new pension product and announce some exciting new tech developments. More to come on this soon!
Looking back at our achievements and looking forward to our exciting future plans, it’s time for a change. We have evolved, and we want our name to reflect this.
Our brand needs to mirror our purpose and what we mean to our customers.
Why Cushon?
We want a name that is truly unique in the market and captures the essence of what we’re trying to do; support people with their savings, and ultimately get a more comfortable life.
We make saving and investing second nature, with automatic investment updates and daily monitoring to ensure our customers’ investments are on the right track. We make it as simple as we can, by doing away with jargon and complexity. Our ready made portfolios offer a way into investing for those without investment experience, while giving customers full control of how much, where and when they want to save.
In short, we support our customers by making saving and investing easy, to help them feel comfortable with their money.
Then there’s our clever tech. You’ve probably never given it a moment’s thought, but our wavy logo has a deeper meaning. Its curves are based on the patterns our algorithm creates when it builds optimised portfolios designed to maximise likely returns.
It’s unique and that’s why, although Smarterly is becoming Cushon, we’re keeping our icon the same.
How our new name will affect our customers
We’ll be rolling our new name out across our website, social profiles, emails and all other channels we use to talk to our customers.
Fundamentally, though, we’re still the same brand. We’re here to support our customers with saving and investing - just with a new name.
