Can I opt out of my pension?

Yes, you can opt out of your workplace pension before your first contributions have been taken, information about this is included in your welcome pack from {{ourName}}.

If you have joined a workplace pension and a couple of months in you would like to opt out, the money already contributed to the pension will remain invested and you can't access that money until you turn age 55 (going up to age 57 by 2028).
